CSM TECHNICAL SUPPORT
At CSM we are committed to our customers and our after sales service is second to none. If you have a problem with any of our products we will do our utmost to solve them for you. Please take a look at our technical support pages which deal with the most common problems. Also please make sure that you have read and understood the manual supplied with the product and that you fully understand it. If you have lost your manual or the PC software for your gyro, these can also be downloaded from the technical support pages.

Support for discontinued products:
CSM still support their discontinued gyros, the ICG540 and ICG400, and of course the original ICG360, the World's first Heading Hold gyro. Technical help is still available, and we will service them when possible. Unfortunately electronics is a rapidly changing business, and some components are no longer available but we will help if we can.

Please note: For items being returned for service/repair from countries outside of the EU the following statement must be clearly written on the customs declaration: 'PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN FOR REPAIR'. Failure to do this could result in CSM being charged import duty and we could not then accept delivery.
