PC Interfacing

Unzip into a folder. If you already have drivers installed, go to Device Manager, with the USB interface plugged in, and search for and either UPDATE both channels of the adaptor - these will be called either USB to Serial Channel A and Channel B or CSM to USB Channel A and Channel B, or delete and reinstall. Computers differ as to which method is best - some auto install as it sees the adaptor connected - these need to use the UPATE route. On some computers you may need to 'search for new hardware' for it to come up with the installing drivers wizard.

Designed for the SL720, but can be used for ANY small gyro or sensor (30mm square or under). Ideal for 90 size and petrol powered (gasser) helicopters, it typically reduces vibration effects by a factor of 5, protecting your sensor. This increases the accuracy of the gyro and the usable gyro gain, and also reduces the strain on the tail rotor, lowering power consumption and wear.

Consists of a thin mounting pad, a 30mm square steel plate, and anti-vibration pads

The mounting system comes with twelve anti-vibration foam pads; we recommend that you use four to six at a time. Extra foams are available. Please note that the mounting system comes free with the SL720.

Gyros, RevLocks and CarbSmart come with 300mm leads as standard, CycLock comes with 200mm leads. Shorter and longer leads are also available. Please note! Of the gyros, only the SL range has detachable leads - do not attempt to change the leads on your old-style standard size CSM gyro, or HLG200 or ICG180
