RevLock governs engine RPM via a digitally synthesised reference signal for smooth accurate retention of rotor speed. This quantum leap forward in active self-governing engine control retains the smoothest of hovering conditions through to unrivalled rotor speed retention throughout aggressive 3-D flight.

RevLock is packed full of features that ensure the simplest possible installation and operation. CSM have utilised a linear hall-effect magnetic sensor to achieve powerful signal sensing that is not reliant on magnet orientation. Combine this with a sturdy mounting system and automatic signal strength test, and reliable engine speed data is achieved every single flight. RevLock is operated remotely via any auxiliary control channel or integrally via a manually adjustable pot. Either style of operation offers very fine RPM adjustment over a wide range and the target speed is visually indicated thus eliminating the need for a separate expensive tachometer. Other useful functions include smooth engagement and speed ramping system, digital / non-digital servo selection, de-bug engine-setting feature, advanced adjustable response feature and automated PPM Fail-Safe for enhanced safety.
